• BFC finances capital equipment (currently office equipment affiliated with Olivetti Corporate) with monthly repayments in the form of term rentals.
• Therefore, BFC benefits from the margin between investor rate and deal rate. However, risk of non payment is primarily borne by BFC in return for this benefit.
• Currently, the weighted average deal rate enjoyed by BFC is 16.33% (Min = 12%, Max = 28% established during risk assessment of deal).
